This is a recently constructed multi-use development downtown.  Everything above the 2nd floor is an apartment building and the ground floor has yet to be rented out to stores and businesses.  The owner is film friendly and the storefront level could potentially be dressed out with neon etc…The roadway is a private driveway that is wide enough for fire truck access.  Could perhaps work as a drive-up location for a club, with patrons hanging over the second floor balcony/walkways.  It was very dark here last night--none of their lights were on.  I was using my headlights and long shutter speeds.
