This intersection has several interesting features: there is a nice skyline view looking north, the building on the SE corner is reflective glass, the wall of the parking structure on the NE corner has some mid-century design elements and can be lit from the inside, and the building on the SW corner is a recently built apartment bldg that has a fairly bright and modern look.  Hope Street has 4 lanes and 2-way traffic and 8th Street is 4 lanes and one-way westbound.  Might work for street sweeper vignette.
