This location has two golf courses. Both have been used for either PGA or LPGA events. This is the Ike course, which is larger and has a greater capacity for spectators. We can own the course and have complete control.
The are two separate areas of the back nine that are adjacent to large parking lots that are not visible from the course. One of the areas is the 18th green and 1st tee. It is adjacent to the clubhouse, cart rental, snack shop, and palm tree plaza. From #4738 on page 2 to the end of page 3, shows this area. The other area, adjacent to the operations area, near the 16th green & the 17 tee, start at #4698 thru #4717. These 4 holes (and a couple others) are on an east-west axis and at the highest points on either golf course.
Note that some pix of the golf course are meant to show areas adjent to greens where announcer structures could be placed or galleries of spectators could stand or bleachers could be built. They are generally areas where the grass is rough but would never be seen with structures or people covering them. Even so, the course has been designed to be big enough to put these structures almost anywhere. 4698, 4714 and 15, 4740 and 42 and 47 are examples.
