This is the location of the region's oldest winery. Although it has closed down, the buildings have been restored and converted into warehouse space though there is also a catering venue (Spanish Cantina) and a bar venue (Rumpus Room). There are several warehouse spaces that are not dressed but could perhaps be converted into performance venues and there are a couple different service/stage entrances that might work for loading in. Ians seems to be the right size for this and has a nice wood floor and walls.
All these locations are cleared though the location is not controlled by a single entity. Not much goes on there on Saturdays.
